Gentle exercise does wonders, and Prescott makes it lovely: an indoor pool with a warm therapy pool, a public fitness center, and miles of easy trails around the lakes. Here's what's open to the public, and what it costs.
3 listings, in no particular order. Everything here comes from each listing's own website or a public resource page, and I've linked it under each one so you can check it yourself.

I made a one-page "Who to Call" sheet: the public help numbers for the Quad Cities, a short before-you-hire checklist, and space to write in your own trusted plumber, handyman and helpers.
You can download it right away. Now and then I'll send a short email with local home-help tips, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
